Kazakh redemption
OK, maybe there is no redemption for a lot of the pro cycling peloton, but just in case anyone is watching and caring, here are some predictions for the shin dig in Spain.
Astana will be the team to beat. I look for a good, no make that a great, showing by Vinokourov and Kashechkin and maybe a sprint stage win by Bazayev.

btw ... that's a pretty deep kazakh bias there.

kazakh bias with a capital B or K or whatever....not expecting Vaverde to crash out and since he has already made the podium in Vuelta's past, I expect him to have a good ride in preparation for World's...
