off the radar

I roll into our meeting grounds and there they are. My friends. My buddies, my lifetime pals. But today, they are simply, my masochist trainers.

"Go easy on me, I had a pitcher of margaritas last night".

"Again?" blurts Greg. That's what you said last weekend.

"But it's true!" I can explain.

Guess what?

I listened to KGO new radio archive of Bicycle Safety...

I've been following the CHP investiagation in the news....

Honestly, the sleeping at the wheel sounds fishy. Even more fishy is the blood sample delivery for analysis...

I sure hope the DA fights hard to prosecute...because it sure doesn't make sense and it's all vague in the news. The media didn't dig hard enough to get more facts around the case.

Fact: There is a cyclist who rode the same area where the accident happened the day before the accident. He had a GPS and he noticed a Sheriff's car going at high speed in the Stevens Creek canyon. He called the CHP number posted in the news but they simply ignored him. I think he should bring that up to the DA. That cyclist has that Sheriff's license plate number.

I hope justice will be served.
