Our house is a mess
We're going to have guests
And yes, it really is 3am

I've lived in my current place since 1983, and most people think it looks just like it did then. But lately, I have been strongly urged to consider upgrading some of the rooms/furniture.

So, we went window shopping at ikea yesterday, and it was pretty overwhelming. This is probably the reason why I woke up a few hours ago and am still awake.

We might get one of these.

We need one of these.

I like the loft bed! Is that for the kitties to play forts?

Wild Dingo-our little abode is about the size of your foyer so we are being "creative" with the space.

Panda-it's sort of high up, and I don't think the kitties will be able to climb the stairs. But that is just a spare bed in case we need it.

Frack is swedish for mirror.

we have that frack bed. lulu has it, but as a bunk bed.

the best time to go to ikea is during the week at around 11am. no one is there! it's weird.

you can sit by the window eating your meatballs and enjoying the quiet.

I like the kitchen section of Ikea. So many toys, so little time...

Ooog. We need to do something about our couch. The kitties have so had their way with it.

Sigh.
