We're back from a lovely vacation.

No one can say that we did not do our very best soaking in the local ways. I found it interesting how meals were often served with bottles of wine rather than glasses of wine. Time to rein in the eating and drinking and get back on the bike again. Better to start buckling down now or else the new kit might be hard to fit into.
